1. How are the meals made?
We were inspired by the way our ancestors used to preserve food, through drying them out in the sun! Our dishes are freshly cooked and then freeze-dried to remove all moisture. This helps retain all of the flavor and nutrition with zero preservatives. Some of our dishes (mainly the rice-based ones) use roasted grains and spices so they cook easily with just water in your InstantPot and in your microwave.

2. How spicy will the meals be?
All our meals take about 5 minutes of your time from start to finish! The instructions will be clearly laid out in your meal pack. A typical process may be:
- Empty the pack’s contents into a bowl, add hot water from a kettle, close the lid, and wait for a few minutes.
3. How much cooking is involved?
- Empty the pack’s contents into a pot with boiling water and cook for a few minutes.
- Empty the pack’s contents into an electric cooker (InstantPot or rice cooker), add water, and cook for a few minutes.
4. How long do the meals last?
The shelf life of the meals are up to 20 weeks, depending on the ingredients and how it was made. The expiry date will be listed on each meal pack. As a reminder, our meals are all-natural with zero preservatives so will have a shorter life span than other heavily processed foods.
5. When will my gift box arrive?
Your gift will be delivered in 3-5 business days.
